This website advertises products that do NOT work and advertise there is a 100% money back guarantee and free returns but if you contact them they will tell you it is not free to return and try to give you store credit or they may not return your email at all from the other REAL reviews I’ve read. The product I bought I looked at reviews under the ad on Facebook, they were all great and so were the reviews on their website so I purchased the product not knowing all those reviews were fake. They never sent me the tracking info so I had no idea when it arrived and it took weeks. I emailed them 3 weeks later asking what was going on and that’s when they sent me the tracking info saying it was delivered. But by the time it was delivered I had went out and just bought the item at the store so I emailed them saying I want to return the product and get my refund which they then said they do not do returns because they ship from China. So that’s the first lie. I told them I don’t want these items, I don’t want a store credit, I just want my money back so they agreed but in between all of this back and forth email it had been weeks because their costumer service is incredibly slow. So in between that time I had to cancel my credit card due to fraud from a different situation but I had forgotten about this when I told them I wanted a refund. Remembered it and emailed them the situation they emailed back a week later saying the refund had already been processed which is the next lie because there is no possible way they could have put money back on a card that had been cancelled for 3 weeks before they even “attempted” to refund me. I eventually found their Facebook page and the real reviews that are similar to mine. Others who have actually opened and attempted to use their products say they come damaged and do NOT work. This website is a scam and should be taken down immediately.
