I purchased this product after watching an advertisement on Instagram. My credit was charged and processed immediately. I just realized yesterday that I never received the product or received shipping/tracking details so I reached out to support via email. They responded stating: “We regret to inform you that your payment was not approved by your bank, and as a result, we have canceled your order.

To proceed, please contact your bank to resolve the issue and place the order again through our website https://theaquafusion.co/.

If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out. We’re here to help!

Thank you for understanding.” After receiving this email I disputed this charge with my bank. I see this advertisement all the time and don’t want others to get scammed.
