I placed an order in January, 2024 with an order number and a tracking number. The tracking information showed very believable dates and locations the order supposedly came thru. - Hong Kong, USPS Regional Facility, US Delivered. When I notified them I had not received the order, even tho the tracking information said it had been delivered, they said I must get a "proof of loss" and they would verify and request a replacement. After sending Theatee information showing the US Post Office could not find anything with that tracking number, they said they would send a replacement. Again, the new tracking information looks very authentic - Hong Kong, Metro NY Distribution Center, Denver Co Distribution, etc. to my home post office. AGAIN, no package.

I ordered 6 metal engine models and metal cars from Theatre .com
Paid using credit card for $96.49 USA funds.
Recieved a tracking number after inquiring 3 times at customer@theatee .com
It said is was sent China post . Waited, tracked it on 17Track said it was delivered from China Post.
We inquired at the Canada Post office showed the tracking number.
They said it has to go through customs and then continued on with either Canada post or one of China's delivery service like DHL OR TNT, You would recieve a different tracking number. No new tracking number was sent, China Post does not continue with delivery service in Canada has to go through another courier service
Nothing ever came. My account was deleted on Theatree Website

I placed 2 separate orders for models of engines to assemble. I was sent a tracking number for each. After about a month I checked the tracking numbers and it said the items had been delivered. I received nothing. I emailed the company and was told to get a 'proof of loss' from the post office. The post office said there was no such thing. I then contacted my credit card and disputed the charges. I was successful and got my money back.

This online company placed and confirmed my order, took my credit card information and paid themselves. then later told me my order had been shipped and yet I never received the merchandise.
