My daughter went to the website, theballerbag.com, to purchase a type of duffle bag that her son asked for his birthday. I made the payment with my credit card. She received an email for the confirmed purchase, saying thank you for your purchase with the charge of $58.98. The purchase was made on 5/25/2024 in hopes the product would be received by my grandson's birthday. She never received any other email notifications for the product. And the charge did process on my credit card. She has also sent two emails to "[email protected]" asking about her order to which she has not received any response. I also sent an email on 06/10/2024 and have yet to receive a response. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.
