This is a fitness facility that is charging new customers for 12 personal training sessions and then not providing the service. Once the customer asks for a refund, the owner of the gym and sole trainer refuses. The trainer makes up reasons to cancel business with customers to scam them of their money. One customer paid for 12 personal training sessions, only received 3 and was verbally assaulted for working out at another gym.
