It was an ad for discontinues Bath and Body Works products. I ordered 15 items that totaled $50.50. I received email confirmation. I never received any product. Every time I clicked on the "View your order" link it said Not Shipped. I attempted to email with a bounce notification saying "There was a temporary problem delivering your message to [email protected]. Gmail will retry for 47 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently" The last message I received said, "Your message couldn't be delivered to [email protected] because the remote server is misconfigured. See technical details below for more information."

Now all the links say "This site can’t be reached". I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they flagged it as fraud. I just want to make sure others know to check the link when they are ordering. Make sure it says "Bathandbodyworksusa" Not THE bath and body works.

I called 1-800-869-0158. The lady that answered the phone asked for my full name, DOB & Mailing Address. I gave it to her. Was told that she couldn't find my order & I was probably scammed. There is nothing that I can do & it happens all the time.

My wife clicked on a facebook ad for a sale at bath and body works that was closing out in the next few minutes. In order to make the sale she had to buy at that exact moment because the sale was closing with a count down timer. We never did get the items that she ordered so I contacted my bank for a dispute and the bank rejected my dispute and told me contact the website. I told the bank it was a fake website in the dispute. I contacted the website and my email got rejected back to me.
