I saw a flannel that I had been wanting on a Facebook reel. So I clicked on their page which is thebeautynorth. Went to their website which is thebeautynorth.com and ordered several items. Website looked legit. Waited for an email for the confirmation of shipped items and still have not received one. I ordered July 31st.

Purchased clothing online, never received it, and have been attempting to get a refund. The company keeps responding by offering a discount or other gifts instead of providing a refund. This company is one of multiple that sell the same clothing and use the same merchandise photos.

This website the beauty north is using pictures from merchandise from other businesses without their consent. Not knowing this website is a scam a placed an order and paid for it through PayPal. They took my money but are not sending me an order confirmation or a tracking number or anything to show that they will send anything. I have tried contacting the company through email but am receiving no reply. I am also unable to cancel my order on their website. I have contacted the owner of one of the businesses (AYM is their name) whose advertisement pictures are been stolen from and they have instructed me to report this company. Now I am out money from this experience. So frustrating!
