Ordered 2 sweaters from the website TheBennettSisters-Bozeman.com, claiming to have a storefront in Bozeman, Montana. Items arrived several weeks later, from China; they are not as advertised, terrible knock-offs with no real fabric/weave, as advertised. I lost $122. Tried contacting them for a return 7 times via [email protected] with no reply. Their business on the Shopify app has since been closed. My personal bank is of no help in this matter.

The website thebennettsisters-bozeman.com claims to be a small business in Bozeman, MT run by 2 sisters. However, the product I ordered was shipped from China. It was way too small and very poor quality. Their website promises 24/7 customer service, but I never received a return email from [email protected] when I asked to be able to return the item and get a refund for my $65 order.

Order a couple of sweaters from TheBennettSisters-Bozeman.com. Poor quality, product was printed on the material made in china and sleeve length was too short along with overall fit was not accurate. Emailed multiple time to return product and no response.

They used false advertisement from TheBennettSisters-Bozeman.com and a story about a store closing and quality women’s wear at a reduced price ( I should have known!), also offered free shipping in US and 100% no questions asked refund. All reviews were glowing- high quality products, excellent packaging, going to visit the store. In reality it took almost 4 weeks for package to arrive- all in plastic bags, sent from China, no labels on products, not same style shirt I ordered, and it is polyester, not cotton, not same pattern I choose- and I paid $174 for items, much more than similar items online.
