Advertisement of product on social media, I bought one, received an email confirmation and tracking number but the tracking number can’t find anything, I’ve received no product, and the company is not answering my emails.

They are selling camper lights for sale on their website. Website has no contact information so I don't know where this is located. I bought lights online. They were never sent and I get no response to attempts to contact.
