Type of a scam Online Purchase

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered a belt from THE BLISSED BOUTIQUE LLC, the first week of October, 2024, to wear to a wedding in November. They billed and collected from my PayPal on October 10, 2024…and I have not received my belt as of November 26, 2024! I have written them THREE TIMS via their “contact us” form and have not received a response or my belt! THEY ARE A SCAM, AND DO NOTBUY FROM THEM!

On March 24, I placed an order for a white double G belt. It was supposed to arrive March 31. I never received anything so on April 14 I emailed the Blissed Boutique and never received a response from them. I tried to call their phone number, but found that it was disconnected.

Placed purchase for $75.00 on May 22. Website states purchases ship within 24-48 hours. By day 8, received no shipment notification so I emailed them on listed email. Got no response. Sent second email; no response. Not responsive on Instagram initially, either.

Filed credit card dispute. Bank chose to CLOSE MY ACCOUNT as they deemed this “business” a scam.

Company has NO BUSINESS LICENSE listed in Alabama or Georgia.

Company THEN has the audacity to email me (FROM THE SAME EMAIL I had attempted to contact them at, 2x, with no response). Now wants- 22 days later- to issue me a refund (so would get access to my bank again) and send me a “free goody bag”; both of these are known scamming techniques.

Their social media platforms weren’t active for at least a year, until today, when I informed her I posted negative reviews, and now she’s responsive as heck, except with poor English grammar noted, further suggesting this is not a real company in America.
