Do not hire this company it is a completely scam here is my story. I hired this company in August 2020 after 10 months editing and preparing the novel for publishing in January 2021 they ask me for my personal info because were preparing for publishing. It was the last time I heard from them they ghosted me for 50 days and I paid $9,157 US. After being ghosted spoken to my lawyer I had to fake a new client in order to get to them after that we asked for a refund but they completely ignore us so I followed the law and with my lawyer I send them a letter to sue them, to our big surprise we found out that there address the use in the US and on there website doesn't exist and their bank account in New Jersey was closed we also found out that their contract and the name they're using as president Chief Steve Burton doesn't even exist?. we found out that data comes from a 3rd world country in India or Pakistan making it almost impossible to sue them unless you called the local authorities in those countries. We inform the ISBN agency and found out that the number was false and misspelled my name. Last of all they publishing my Novel without my consent and with many grammar correction and bad formatting. Had to contact with my lawyer each platforms to take out my Novel. They sold 19 000$ and kept it all. It is really a shame that these companies of scammers take advantage of artists that are trying to put a story out there for people to read. the only way that we can win against these people is to tell their name out loud until the government's make a law in the internet. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY
