I am reporting this company as being fraudulent with approaching our business as a wholesale credit card merchant service with 1. Using the Durbin Amendment information to offer assistance in pursuing monetary compensation from our former credit card processing company with the claim that we are being overcharged in processing fees. 2. Upon closing our account with our former credit card processing service and signing up with them, we would receive a rebate for $300/$250 dollars which would be reflected in processing fees. 3. We would be charged 2% or less on all processing fees (we are being charged above 2% on first 2 statements). We were told that we would be assigned an auditor to investigate the fee overcharge going back to June of 2019. Since signing up with this wholesaler service, we have not heard from any auditor, we have called and left messages multiple times to the phone number provided on their website and never get a call back. We have not received any rebate either. The physical address on their website is for a 16 story building and doesn't indicate their suite number within that building. They have customer service people in a numbers of places working remotely and the website is useless. You submit information through the links provided, but never get any follow up from anyone. This company is posing as a wholesaler and authority in the credit card processing industry, but are really just a broker/agent for other credit card processing companies like Netevia/Unified. We were sold on a service and support that has not come through. Businesses be aware!
