I purchased the "Automatic Tennis Ball Launcher Dog Toy," which is listed as $130 "marked down" to $64.95. The listing clearly shows a large dog catching a ball in the air. The product is not as advertised. A tennis ball dropped into the top of the toy simply rolls out the hole in the bottom and inconsistently dispenses treats. This is a dog puzzle treat dispenser, but it is even faulty at its intended function. The toy does not "launch" a ball. The product itself is inexpensive plastic that cannot be worth more than maybe $20. The company's website says there have a 100% money back guarantee. After numerous emails and complaints, they told me that I can apply for a refund but I will need to mail it to China, the cost of which is estimated at over $150.
