Terrible person and cursed at me for asking for the price

This company is terrible. I asked for information on my driving lesson for one of my children and was too busy to answer the phone, and when I asked for him to text the information to me, he used a very bad word, and kept going on an insulting. This is a scam and if not someone who is very dangerous.

SCAM! This guy Kevin took $189 to give my stepson 6 hours of drivers training. He then never showed. When we called had blocked my number. Refund was a requested but nothing. He was under another name but after 100 neg reviews has now rebranded. Do Not Give This Guy any Money!

On December 29, 2022, I called to ask about the driving lessons advertised byThecdlexpert.com

The person who picked it was male. I asked him about the pricing and for 6 hours, he told me a price higher than what was advertised on their website. When I told him I saw a different price on the website, he started yelling, and asked if I wanted to "argue" about it. I told him I was not arguing but just wanted to be sure I was getting a good price as advertised. He told me that was the price as he arrogantly asked if money was a problem for me.

At this point, I was pretty much done with this scambug because there was no way I was going to throw away my money to an undeserving crude person with no customer service skills and zero manners.

I asked him his name and he mumbled it. I repeated "Kevin" to confirm I had heard it properly. Then he went into a rage and asked if I knew English. So condescending, as if I wasn't talking to him in proper English already!

He then started cursing, called me a "B" word and told me to "F" off.

This [censored] Kevin is not representing a legit driving school. He is a fly-by-night one nasty man scam show looking to rip off people, while being rude in the process.

If you are trying to get driving lessons, don't go to Thecdlexpert.com at all. They have road rage, so you can already imagine how your safety will be compromised. He is likely to deliberately cause you an accident.

Kevin from Thecdlexpert.com is a crazy, mad, stark raving lunatic. Avoid him and his fake driving services at all costs.

I found Kevin Cruz on line @Thecdlexpert.com called him @ 888-405-7558 set up a date first thing he told me was that he needed payment up front which was no problem cashed app him $250 to $mydrivetime on August 12th, he then replies that he needs to change the date for the first lesson which I accepted the morning he was suppose to come no show, I call him and he say that he had a family emergency and texted me the cancellation but never did my son had his first lesson on 8-19 text Kevin to see when will the next drive text will be no answer, once he finally answered her said that he was busy sorry, I asked him for a date and time for the next lesson and he just text back his busy, he then calls me saying I have an attitude and starts yelling at me to hang up I would hang up and told him I don't have an attitude I just needed a date, she screamed again and told me he would call me next week and hung up in my face, should have checked the reviews first, he texted me while writing the review and gives me a 9-7-19 Saturday date 2 1/2 weeks after first lesson.
