I bought a wedding dress online. Went my measurements. The dress was nothing like adversity on the site. The measurements of the delivered dress were all wrong. I contacted them for a refund, per their policy and did as they instructed. It has now been over 6 months in trying to get my refund. They keep stringing me along acting like they will provide my refund as per their online policy but it is 6 months and counting. They have made no honest attempt in providing me with a refund. They even asked me to send them my bank account information and I said no.
