Found the add on TikTok about a bean bag for Black Friday it was advertised as $9.99. I purchased it on 11/27/2022 via thecomfystyles.com website and I have not received my item but I was charged. The email provided for refunds looks like a personal Gmail instead of a professional website email address. I have yet to hear back from them.

The website had a sale and once purchasing the card company notified me that the money was withdrawn from Twinkle Boutique Company and not the company that I ordered from. Didn’t read reviewed before purchasing.
