Their system is not working properly and when the person shows up at wrong location they charge them there plus 2 additional times after you leave for “other” charges. If I paid before I left my bill should be satisfied. Charging after the fact is not legal. I disputed the charges through my bank and since they have sent a very unprofessional email. Name calling and such. This is not ok and if they continue I will charge them for harassment. I know I am not the only one this happened to. The gentleman doing my taping at the business said this seems to happen all the time. If their system is tricking people they need to change their software.

The scammer offered a service of self taping at his studio office.. and a promise to deliver a copy of taping. He didn't deliver the copy of taping.. 1st. He claimed I never paid, when I showed receipt, they never called me back.. upon texting he bullied me, called me names, and continued to harass me and insult my intelligence as a woman ( as a woman living in the same neighborhood --I am scared and I have to report him to the police ) I told him I wanted my money back and he continued to bully and harass me via text, when I told him I would expose him on yelp and ScamPulse.com and instagram he said he would sue me for black mail and called ME a criminal and said he has a lawyer and is coming after me.... I just asked for my $68.75 back as he charged me online for 30 minutes of his recording studio which he didn't deliver on.... He refused a refund and he continues to harass me and slander and name call me....He says I cannot report him to the ScamPulse.com as he is immune to the ScamPulse.com that his business has been running too long to be reported to BBB... So I'm going to police station with his bullying and assaults on me as a woman I'm terrified that this man is running a business that allows him to be in a room alone with the public ( especially being as violent as he is with women ) He is dangerous and being reported to the police today. He stole my money. This is a predatory business .
