I told Kori that my husband and I needed help to increase our credit scores. Kori said she could do that by submitting letters to our creditors. After seeing her credentials and CA license 0M63174, I agreed to pay her fee of $1,200 for her services. We continued to speak and text and emails for several months. I became suspicious something was wrong when she stopped answering to my numerous calls, texts and emails. The last text I have from her was on Wednesday, July 27 at 4:53 p.m.
Since then, I started looking at her website and I realized that it is not valid. One of her emails that she used to communicate is no longer working. I also learned Kori Lynn Williams is not licensed as a Credit specialist. Her license in CA and NV state the license is for Accidents, Health & Sickness and Life.
On Friday, I filed a report with the Long Beach Police Department and the California Department of Insurance. I also contacted Angie Blattle, Executive Vice President of Operations at in Nevada ([email protected]) where Williams also works. Ms. Blattle is talking to her team to figure out a way to reach Ms. Williams.
I also texted Williams from another cell and saw that she read the text.
I am very concerned becase Williams has copies of our licenses, social security cards and all our credit cards. On fact, she even had our password to Experian, one of the three national credit bureaus. I have since changed all my passwords.
I am very concerned because this woman is probably conning other people. Here is her info below:
I would appreciate if you can get on top of this case. I am certain I am not the only person she is conning. She is very good at convincing people of her services.
