On February 22, 2026, I sent a $148 deposit through Zelle to a business called [email protected] for a product/service. After the payment was sent, I was told the order would be completed within a certain timeframe. However, weeks passed and the product/service was never delivered.

I attempted to follow up multiple times for updates using the email [email protected], but communication became inconsistent and unprofessional. The business continued to give excuses and did not fulfill the order or provide a FULL refund. As of April 2026, nothing has been delivered despite the payment being made.
