Placed order for the hair clippers. Received a conformation order number and never received the product. After multiple attempts to reach out, heard back once from an automated text chat and received word that product was out of stock and they were waiting to get more in. Now they won't respond and I was scammed after reading a review online from 93 other people with the same situation. Wish I read that review first. The site look legit down to the core. Had to change my card number and now they have my mailing address, bank, name, email, everything. I'm sad and at a loss. can you help?

I made a purchase in febuary 7th it is now may and still havent received my product and they wont even get back to me or answer me

The scammer run the website mentioned, promoting a sale of the Fadify 2.0. The landing page is equipped with a timer to influence the consumer to act now. After selecting the product I wanted to buy and entering my personal identifiable information, I was sent an confirmation email with order number informing me that, the company received my order and are processing my order. The further indicated that I would receive another email once my order was shipped. Weeks went by and I never received any other forms of communication from the company regarding my order. Therefore I reached out to them as instructed in the first email by replying to that email. Still no answer. I let a couple of more days go by before I made another attempt to contact them via the "contact us" form on the website. Still no answer, in fact, the form instantly prompt you they are not available to chat and someone will get back to you. It never happened. I made attempts to call the company via the number provided but to no avail. The company's website is still active promoting the same scam and I advise people to find another option and stay away from giving this company your hard earned money and personal information. There's a reddit thread online with others who were scammed as well. I'll also research if this fits a class action lawsuit parameters. You've been warned! I should've done better due diligence.

I ordered the Fadify 2.0 from Fading Culture located in Hing Kong online on 2 March and as of today (13 May)I still have not received a tracking number or the product. The 115 dollars process immediately yet I cannot get ahold of the company.

The company sent an email stating the hair trimmer i purchased with accesories was on back order in February and should be in within 15 business days as their website says as well. The phone number on their website does not work and now i havent got an email back for several months even though i have tried to email and call dozens of times.

I ordered the product on their website in February 2023 and received an order confirmation but no shipping information. After approximately one month, I requested an update on my order and was told the item was backordered. Another month later, I still had not received an update and requested a cancellation and refund of my order. I was given an apology and that my order would ship within a week. Another month later, I still had not received it or heard any updates, so I emailed the company again asking for a refund. They told me yet again the item was backordered. It is now May 2023 (3 months later) and, with no further updates, it is clear this is a scam product.

I bought a hair clipper from their website. I received an email the next day telling me they were out of stock on the item purchased but will be in soon. They said my order will be shipping within 7 to 15 business days. A month later, I followed up through email since my order had not been shipped. I received a response saying that they were finishing up production on the new stock and I would receive my order in a few days. That was in March. I have reached out by email and telephone to get an updated on my purchase but now Im not getting any responses.

I purchased item and never received. They do not answer emails and I'm unable to get a refund. They advertise on Instagram and the website is still active. They give an address in Hong Kong.

I placed and order in for a product that was claimed to be in stock. The following day received a email stating that the ran out of product and it would take 7-15 business days to replenish it. I would then have it shipped out to me then. Well a month and half later I haven’t received anything. When I do try to reach out I don’t hear back from anyone.

I saw the ad advertised in Instagram. The ad stated it’s a new state of the art shaver that helps fade. I completed my purchase February 1, 2023. I have since then reached out to them on 3 different occasions asking about my item. I keep receiving the same response. That they ran out but just received a new shipment therefore my item will be sent to me within 7-10 business days. The same generic response from their company.
