Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
I received tracking shortly thereafter but it looked odd because it was just showing in process in Columbus OH and it showed a really long estimated delivery date. Just showed "awaiting shipment" or something along those lines...
I sent an email requesting the cancellation of order # 6544.
Received response email the next day on 10/27/21 from [email protected]
"Hello There
Thank you for contacting us.I checked your package and happy to tell that there are no issues with the transist.Then you will receive your package within 7-10 business days.If not, please contact me and I will issue you a full refund. Thank you.
My email on 10/29 to them states that I requested a cancellation last week.
Received no response.
A few weeks later I received the counterfeit fragrance - creed aventus - wrapped in cellophane (can happen on occasion), counterfeit sprayer, bottle, packaging, cap, internal packaging material - No batch code or lot # on bottle. The lot was not shown on bottle- packaging from china - The box and pics shown on the website are not the same as what I received. The pictures show a 3.3 fl oz bottle but the bottle they sent was 4oz. Creed does not make 4oz bottles. I reached out to creed boutique and they provided me names of their authorized retailers - the fragrancia was not one of them. I have an authentic bottle of Creed aventus with original packaging.
The packaging and the bottle shoud have texture on the packaging. It is "printed" on to look like texture. The lot # was printed on the box but should be an actual sticker.
I decided to file a dispute with the credit card company.
I also emailed them to return because they require authorization and to be within 30 days but received no response.
The merchant disputed my dispute with the credit card company and they sent the shipping label with tracking that they used to ship the product.
I sent several emails since then requesting a refund. No response.
Additionally, they not only refuse to refund my money or give me the opportunity to send the fragrance back, but they also show on Shopify that they provided a refund which is completely false.
I tried to submit a review on their site but nothing happens.
In addition, they have several other sites under the same physical address marketing similar fragrances - No phone number

I have not purchased from these sites but they are connected to the same Laguna Beach address.
Normal businesses do not do business this way... The site looks legit... I should have known better about buying at a non-authorized. Regardless, they should not be permitted to continue operating this way....
They have the ability to refund my money or send me a genuine bottle as marketed.

It took 3-4 weeks to arrive in Pennsylvania from "Ohio."

I would add more pics but it does not permit. Look at the cap, box, etc. Reference that with what they show on their site. The pics they have on the site look legit but it is not what they sent me.
