After someone by the name of Julie reached out to me back in October of 2020 on Instagram asking me to promote their product, I purchased a mug for a discounted price. They said they would expedite my order. I contacted them in November to say I haven't received my order and they claimed it was processing and that they would get back to me with a tracking number as soon as possible. I still have yet to read it and now they won't answer my messages. They no longer have contact information on their website, and when I search my order number it says it does not exist. This company is a complete scam!

It seems like these people are creating fake accounts to promote their brand and ask others to become 'brand ambassadors'. I contacted them on Instagram about more information and they're suspiciously avoiding questions with generic answers found on their website.
