I ordered a gift card from The Gift Card Shop. I’m sure all of the information I entered was done correctly, but the card was mailed to the wrong address. I tried to call The Gift Card Shop customer service, but whoever I talked to said nothing could be done. Whoever gets the card may use it, return it, or take it to the correct address as the address where the card will be sent is close to the address where it should be sent. I will never use The Gift Card Shop again and I strongly encourage everyone to not use this business. I have no clue where this business is located as I can't find it on bbb.org and it has no address on is website.
