Purchased the printcube and additional ink cartridges in 2019 through indiegogo.com as a backer to help the company produce the products. I received half the order and have yet to see my replacement ink cartridges after sending numerous emails through different contact information. I have not receive any kind of reply regarding my items or my request for a refund if they are not able to fulfill my order.

The princube is now useless to me since I do not have my replacement ink cartridges. Many backers like me are having difficulties reaching the company for any type of updates or response. I was one of the first 5,000 backers. Now there are over 1,500 people who purchased items from this company. $80 might not seem much, but after COVID, it's food or rent money.
