I purchased two bathing suits from an online add that I saw on Facebook that looked to be from a real company at first. After ordering it took quite some time but I finally got the products. It was clear they came from a foreign company as the material and quality was not what I was expecting. The items also were sized very wrong and I could not wear them even if I wanted to keep them. On their website it said that a consumer could return for a refund if they paid the shipping cost. I contacted the support email that it offered and was replied back to by someone who again was clearly foreign asking for the sku to look up the account. The person then told me I could not be refunded because the bathing suits I ordered were the correct size. I told them I understood that I received a product in the correct side that I ordered, but I was not happy with the style and material as well as the fact that the items were way too big. Email after email they kept telling me that there was nothing they could do and I could be refunded 2 USD to be compensated. I spent $91 total on these items and they were not going to allow me to return them. I tried everything to get a phone number or person to call and they kept replying that they could not do anything, asking me if I could simply give them as a gift to someone. So many red flags in the email response back that I looked the company up as a scam and it looks like this has happened to many people! It also said that this company steals information from customers which I am now very worried about. This company will hopefully be shut down as this must happen to many people!

Ordered a purse in mid-November that has never arrived. Contacted them with numerous replies “it’s on the way”, “logistics are hard”. I asked for a refund 4 times with no resolution, they just asked me to wait patiently. This should not happen to anyone.
