Answered an ad on OFFERUP to purchase a brand new drone from so called business. Agreed on paying cash in full for drone. Upon arrival the gentleman at location did not want my cash. He wanted my personal information to load on his labtop. To finance drone. When i told him and showed him the agreement we have made. He informed me that the people responding were in INDIA and needed my personnel information and SS number to run a credit check. I informed him that wasnt going to happen because i was paying cash.. he said they didnt take any form of payment. It need to be financing the drone. When i refused to give him my personal information. The gentleman got very angry and ran my out of his location.. This seems very strange and very SCAM LIKE. this is the reason for my report.
