I ordered and paid for a pair of shoes. After over a month, I finally received the shoes and they were nothing like what was pictured. They were very poor quality. I emailed the company to request a refund. They responded and asked to see a picture of the shoes. I sent them a picture and they responded with a suggestion of giving the shoes away to a friend. When I responded and said that I refused to give them away because they were poor quality, they said that it would cost more money to ship the shoes back than what they were worth.
