It was an ad on facebook - ordered couch covers on 08-Aug-2020 for a value of 96.91 USD. i have sent several emails to their customer care and support and received reply initially saying the delays are due to covid but neither the product is delivered nor refunded after several reminders. It looks Thehouseholdcompany.com is a cheating company and scam. will contact by bank to raise a dispute.

Yes this place scammed me from fb aswell! Bought a sofa cover and the gps tracking text looked off. So i called my bank its a fruad they finally sent the wrong tracking number after 7 weeks and now that its a false tracking number they wont text me back in the email texting this is the only way to contact their fake bot susan! Fb ecommerce sites are similar this household company is no longer up on fb coincidence i think not! Im still waiting on my bank dispute!

It was an ad on facebook....I ordered slip covers for my couches almost 4 weeks ago..I sent a email because the number is nonworking, got an email back saying the product was coming from overseas and covid causing delays...still havent received product. Called my credit card to start a dispute.
