I wish I seen these reviews before placing this order. I placed an order on 12/17 at the house of rose for a pair of jeans called Jeanie and a dress called Stephanie. After placing the order I waited about a week and a half to reach out about shipping. I sent an email out on 12/28 inquiring about a shipment date and heard no response. The following day 12/29 Shopify sent me an email with a tracking number. When I clicked on the tracking number nothing was showing in the system for the post office. I gave it a couple of days but when I clicked on the tracking number on 1/4/23 it kept saying pre- shipment info sent to USPS awaiting the item. After I saw this with the tracking number I reached out again asking the company when the package will be sent to the post office? Still no response from my email. On 1/10/23 almost a month later the package arrived. When the package arrived only the jeans were in the package. On the invoice it showed both items were delivered but the dress was not included. Also with the invoice the dress was circled and a number saying to call. When I called the number the mailbox was full so that night I decided to email them again about the dress. But the strange thing is that when I was emailing them about shipping they never reached out to me about the dress not being in stock or offering me a refund for the missing item. After emailing them twice about this item I still heard nothing from them. The jeans that were sent to me are not even from this company. The jeans I received came with a tag from jc jq jeans ( I googled the name on the tag) which you can buy in bulk at a warehouse, Amazon,or Shein. These jeans were orginally selling for $59.99 and I got them on sale for $29.50 but they were not the same jeans advertised on their website. I was trying to be supportive for this company but obviously this company is a scam but the crazy thing is she is still advertising her products. Lesson learned never again!
