I found this website by searching through Google for cold plunges. I checked to see if they had any social media to be sure they were legit. There are TikTok videos of people unboxing their products and an Instagram account with 17.3k followers. The Instagram has many comments claiming the company is a scam and will never send the product and continue to charge your card (comments in which I did not read before buying the product unfortunately). I ordered 2 products from this company in which I have never received and had to dispute charges through my bank for unauthorized charges made by this company.
