I ordered a speaker box from them back on the 18th of October and kept on calling them and they said that payment was already sent have received it and I called them and email To is November 20th it's been a month and 2 days I haven't received my money

I looked up trail camera holders on google and came across the ones that I needed. When I clicked on them, I was taken to a website called The Impulse Shoppe. I ordered 4 holders - $25.16 was my total. For over 2 weeks I didn't receive my package. I called the number listed on the website - 1-800-725-5640 and spoke to a guy named Mark. Mark informed me that my package hadn't shipped yet so I requested a refund. Mark told me it would take 5 to 10 business days to get my refund. after 12 business days, i checked my bank account and no refund. I called and spoke with Mark again and he stated that the money showed to be refunded and there was nothing else he could do. I called my bank and they stated there was no refund and no pending refund. I tried to call "Mark" back and would not answer my calls. I still don't have my refund or package as of 7-7-23.
