I HOPE THAT YOU WILL BE CAUGHT AND PUNISHED
You have not responded to my request for Refund for ($541.63 Canadian Dollars) ($374.56 us.) on ALL the products that I have ordered and not received.
If you were legit then you would have complied with your Refund policy.
You have not responded to anything I have written to you.
You are ignoring my questions and refusing to acknowledge that you have no intention of honouring your Refund Policy.
I hope that people will read the following, what I wrote, and continue to pass on the message to stop them from robbing us.

I would like to know how Pauline Customer Service Specialist concluded that the machine is in perfect condition and free of any defects or damage and as such the reason provided does not meet the criteria for a full refund under your policy.
