I attempted to order two waterfalls from the website for $35.90. After inserting payment information luckily the bank didn't let it go through as charge was higher than the 35.90 stated. I called number given 808-829-3813 and spoke with Lloyd who said he is located in the Philippines in Asia but the warehouse is in California. For free shipping I'd pay over the phone but through the website there's an additional 9.99 depending on the state you live and provided customer service at (205)857-3023
