First, with a website called theivymiami youd think it was in Miami but now its China. I ordered product because the site says 3-5 days to my door. It took them a month to get them to me. Then I get a product I never ordered. I emailed and they said I cant send them back and the only thing they will do is take 30% off of a new order. I just want a refund and they refuse. I feel like the scammed me out of my money.
