It is a site that sells discounted Kuhl clothing (too good prices to be true). Never got an order confirmation email. Submitted a info inquiry-no answer. And the oddest, after your checkout a Paypal screen pops up telling you can donate to some random person and you cant click out of it, you have to delete window.
Thereafter, there were several phishing attempts to see if the card was valid at $0 and then a few purchases that the CC company declined. So in the end since CC companies are usually so good about this and I had $0 fraud protection, we came out fine. When it's too good to be true... I was giving this a chance with the knowledge that the CC company would be protective.
