(I received this after an "email interview" and after providing some personal information like phone and address)
"Here is your paperwork,
Your employment package is attached to this email. We kindly request that you review the documents carefully, and when you are satisfied with the details, complete the necessary fields, sign and date them, and email them back to us for processing. The required documents include your Employment Letter, Direct Deposit information, W-4 form, and Proof of Address (Bank Statement, Internet, Phone, Water, or Electricity Bill) in PDF format. Please also provide a means of identification (Identity Card, Driver's License, Front & Back copy) in JPG or PNG format, as well as one picture photograph of yourself in JPG or PNG format. The means of identification should be on a white background paper and all information should be clear and readable.
The funds for the software will be provided for you by the company via check, the check will cover for the software as well the equipment for your mini office ..... make sure you use them as instructed for the software, okay ?
You will get started with work ASAP, The company will provide you an apple laptop with a fast internet connection and your i9 form will be coming along with the working materials you need to start working with. You are to purchase all your materials from a certified vendor we have been patronizing for years now. So, I suppose the name you provided is the same on your bank info....?
Once you receive the check you are needed to have it deposited to your bank account ,Then the funds will be credited and available in your account. NOTE: All software is to be purchased from the software office the company has been buying from for years now.
Once the working software is installed into the Brand-new apple laptop, we would be providing you. It will be shipped to you within 24 hours and I will be here to provide you with the shipment tracking number.
You will be notified on which of the software offices you are to purchase the software from as soon as the check gets to you, your training supervisor will be contacting you via phone, video call or email as soon as you receive your working materials.
I believe everything is clearly understood and kindly confirm if you received your paperwork."
