I purchased 3 toys from the company - a spinner, an electronic writing tablet and a child's camera. The first problem was the delivery was extremely slow, requiring 3 weeks for delivery. All the toys are of very low quality. The tablet does not turn on at all. The spinner lights up but does not spin. The camera takes pictures; but the quality of the prints is so poor you cannot identify what's in the photo. The photo is shades of gray and lines and nothing else. The return process, which is not articulated in the website, is the real fraud. To return an item, the seller must send photos of the items received to the vendor; but the return page on the website does not allow more than one picture to be sent. You can attach the photos to the info@thelittlelearnersyoys email address, but it will not deliver. Eventually, I emailed one photo on the return page and attached the photos of all 3 toys in a return email to one of the "customer reps" who wrote she could not process the return unless I sent photos of all the toys. Eventually, she told me the return was accepted and instructed me to return the toys to an obscure town in Italy. The cost of the shipping is borne by the customer even though the company claims to be located in Jamaica NY. Obviously, the cost of shipping 3 non- working toys from the US to Italy would far exceed the value of the toys. The intent is clearly to force customers to keep unwanted toys by making the cost of return prohibitively high. Interestingly, the physical address for the business - 167-53 147th Ave. Jamaica NY - is the same as a company called Marcus Store and the customer service representatives for the Marcus Store are the same are the same as the customer service reps identified on the Little Learners Toys website - Andrea, Millie, and Nicholas. The only business The Little Learners Toys company is in is the business of fraud.

A Little Learners toy catalog was mailed to our home. I ordered two presents for my children from the website. I never received the presents though they were marked delivered. A number of reviews about this site reflect the same experience.
