I hired this company to do a marketing campaign for me. They were required to meet certain benchmarks. I agreed to pay in monthly installments via Klarna and had the right to end the campaign and receive a refund if I was dissatisfied. They failed to meet expectations and I informed them I wished to end the campaign and receive my refund. However, they then told me that Klarna does not allow for refunds. They also told me refusal to pay would damage my credit score. I reached out to Klarna and found that this was not the case. Klarna would be happy to process a refund and this would not damage my credit score. I reported them to Klarna and am currently in the process of trying to get my refund.
