The company used ads on Facebook to sell a light up rose tree for Valentine's Day. The ad takes you to their website which processes the order. I placed the order on 2/4, but still have not received the item. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company via their email address, but have never gotten a response.

Purchase product for Valentines present. Never received product. No response from company. Found out later it wasn’t just me.
