I ordered a window replacement from TheMensCommission.com on December 8, 2025, and paid a $237.50 deposit. Kameron Jones contacted me via text several times, and we also spoke by phone. After he ordered the incorrect window and I informed him that I needed the correct window, he stopped responding.

I am requesting a full refund of my $237.50 deposit and would like no further contact after this matter is resolved.
