I spent $150 six months ago on an order and have received nothing. I ask for order updates and get the same response everytime, saying "they're working around the clock", which is clearly a lie. I have recently asked for a refund and I've gotten no reply. Dodgy af. Taking advantage of people.

The product I ordered sat in fulfillment over a month. I got two of the exact same messages about some kind of illness in their family. I looked into them a decent amount more and found that tons of people have had the same experience of nothing being sent.
