I purchased 3 separate orders in June 2019 and never received any products nor my refund. Every time I Email or send a message through their instagram they will block me, even after i send them the copy of my purchase online. There are a lot of people that have been scammed and blocked after trying to get their refund back. they use this name in Instagram: thenaturalglofactory or zinkybabyproducts

you can find them on Instagram or they actual online page they are FAKE SCAMMERS THIEFS
