I have purchased to fishing reels from the website: "thenorthadventure.com" (charge on my credit card is from Shriner International), never received a confirmation email so I contacted them. The reply emails are from [email protected] giving multiple bogus excuses like the manufacturer is backed up and the product is stocked in custom. I know the people in this particular manufacturer and it is located in Southern California where I reside. Manufacturer has no knowledge of this vendor and ther won't be any custom involved as the product is locally manufactured. I contacted my credit card company and filed a charge back. Please be aware and do not purchase anything from them.

Ordered fly rod received no confirmation started calling, messaging no response dug deeper this business doesn’t exist but they took $175.00from my bank account for no product
