Offered chimney cleaning. Quoted $199. Said it only includes putting dry vac up to fireplace liner. Stated to use brushes is $299. Wanted cash. Never cleaned from top of chimney and only used a small tubed inserted into liner claiming it was the brush. Fireplace not cleaned. Wouldn’t remove insert to clean.
