Add showed older models of Hoka shoes for a discounted price. I picked three models that I ordered. Same day received an email from [email protected] saying shipping would be in 10-15 business days. Order never delivered and add not on Facebook again. When I tried to find the company through google search only scam alerts came up.

These people are good. They advertise on Instagram and Facebook. They make themselves look like a reputable shoe company. It's not until after you give them all of your information and you receive an email informing you that your purchase will be sent, do you realize that something isn't right. They give you an email address that looks suspicious and a phone number that if you call it is disconnected. The reason I say they are good is because they found some sort of loop hole in which it makes the credit card companies harder for you to get your money back. They send the credit card company a tracking number, via USPS saying that the package was delivered. I don't know how they do that, but I never received a package. I also contacted Hoka directly and they said they've been having multiple issues with this company, and that they do not exist and in the future just go directly to the shoes website.

Saw ad on Facebook feed. Looked legitimate. Order 1 pair of shoes. Received confirmation. Never received shoes. Sent email to address provided. No response. Tried to contact via website, but website no longer available.

I contacted Theoduo Leggings LLC

3 times at the email address listed.

I then contacted at a different address listed - [email protected]. it was returned as invalid. I contacted my credit card company this week and they are doing an investigation.

An advertised sale on facebook for Hoka walking shoes. My charge card was used for the transaction. I was then emailed a confirmation order number along with my charged total and customer service number. After waiting 3 weeks and not getting my order I sent an email regarding a shipping date with no response. I then tried to email the customer service department and found out that it was not a legitimate website.

I foolishly responded to an ad on Facebook for HOKA shoes. I have since found out that Facebook does not vet any of its acvertisers. Also I Googled "ad scams Facebook" and found a ton of incriminating evidence. I will not make the same mistake again.

Clicked on site posing as a HOKA shoe website advetising the sale of shoes in December. I have since realized this was a scam since I have not received the shoes or an email stating they were being shipped. Have not had any correspondence since they took my money.

I went to the website shown in the Facebook ad and ordered three pairs of shoes. The offer was buy 2 get 1 free. The brand was HOKA. The website looked just like the HOKA website. My card was processed immediately, and I received an order acknowledgment from them. Initially, I could click on TRACK MY ORDER and it would take me to a web page with my order and the status of Not shipped yet. Now this webpage is no longer available. No telephone number for checking an order was given; just an email address that did not work.

The scammer used the name”Hoka” advertised on Facebook and put promotion clearance sale. I clicked on the link and shopped for 3 shoes there. I put my debit card there for $79. After I paid I got a email confirmation. It tells the delivery period 10-18 business day. I ordered since December 4th ,2023 till today( 01/16/24),I still haven’t received my orders. I sent email but never got response back.

On 12/23/2023, I saw an add in Facebook for Hoka athletic shoes clearance; I went to an external browser to access the website. It offered a full refund if cancelled before shipping, as well as a refund if not satisfied. I paid 39.99 plus fast ship for a total of $49.94. Same day, I got confirmation but could not access the website, nor would anyone answer the phone (recording of "the wireless person is not available, please try later") so I emailed the person listed and said i wanted to cancel the order. I notified American Express but they said to wait until it posts. Soon after it posted, 4 days later, scammer replied "not possible already in transit." Some days I could access the website other days not. I waited 2 weeks as they said 15 days shipping; when I tried yesterday, email to this person was undeliverable, and the tracking simply says "not shipped." The original website does not open, but the company website goes to Trastyle.com which has the same phone number as I listed above, and still a message that no one is available, please try later. I googled Theoduo leggins and I see that there is an identical complaint from someone else to the ScamPulse.com from 12/15/2023. I just notified AMX and they are pursuing the fraud and advised me to report to the FTC which I did, and I am reporting to you as well.

Facebook ad for Hoka shoes. Confirmation email sent with note that shipping would be slow due to demand. After one month, notice still said not sipped. I wrote to the given email and asked for information on shipping but got no reply.

Purchase was via a Facebook ad using HOKA logo. Showed other purchases being made while on-line. No telephone number on receipt. No reply to email addresses given on website or within the content below. Received numerous follow-up emails from "HOKA" stating my transaction did not go through and to order again, however, the charge was immediately transacted on my credit card for $69.95. I am attempting to dispute with credit card company.

Responded to add on Instagram for hoka tennis shoes on clearance. All seemed legit until I received no tracking or shipping information. I reached out twice to customer support and received no response.

I ordered a pair of "Hoka" shoes that were on "clearance". Website looked official. The shoes have never shipped and I have emailed multiple times regarding this with no reply ([email protected] - the email sent to me following submitting my order).
