On Dec. 15, 2023 I saw on a panel ad on Instagram for HOKA sneakers on clearance for $40/pair. I did not click on the ad but instead typed in its URL: https://www.hoka-usaclearance.com/. The site looked legitimate, and I purchased two pairs. When I received an email confirmation, I was immediately suspicious. It looked unprofessional and had a personal email address for contact. When I looked at the web site more closely, I saw typos and several fake-looking "tells." I am pasting in the text of the mail below. I have received no sneakers, my "track you order" shows that it has not shipped, my credit card has been charged.
