Very convincing they would ship product next day. No communication as to shipping in progress…should have known a scam…if it sounds too good to be true, it’s too good to be true…

They claim shipping in 2-4 days. They say you can talk to a live person yet no phone number only email which they never reply to. They give a USPS tracking number but item never gets to USPS. It is a scam and they claim to be the original inventor of the orb ball. DO Not ORDER FROM THEM.

This was a "should have known better" on my part as there was no phone number or address of seller on website (only email address). I ordered a flying orb on 12/6/2022. Did receive a confirmation email with ability to track pkg. I sent an email to seller on 12/17/22 requesting when order delivery information as the tracker was still showing in Chandler Az. I sent a second email on 12/20/22 as I never received an answer from my email of 12/17/22. At this time I requested information within 24 hours or I would contact my credit card company to dispute the charges as never received and no communication from seller. No response from seller (surprise, surprise). I contacted my cc company on 12/21/2022. The reason I have an address is because I did further digging on the internet. This company "the original fly orb" established LLC October 3, 2022. Registered agent listed as Treton Vande Krol with an address of 1210 North Congress Drive, Chandler AZ. Other name on LLC listed Richard Spohr. I then received an email on 12/27/22 stating my order had been canceled (I guess my credit card company got to their bank.) I also found out that the address (private home) has a listing on apartment.com for rent. (listed 12/22/2022). Shame on me for ordering knowing there was no physical address listed on the website or phone number. On google Earth, the picture of home is clouded out but you can definitely see it is a residential home. Please be wary of this site. There are many sellers on the internet that sell from their homes and are legit but since I sent two emails to them and never once got a response, I consider this seller to have unethical practices.
