" I cancelled this order before it shipped, according to the one email I received from you two days ago.
Your website says to get the return info. from you in order to send it back. I am AGAIN requesting this here.
Since you refuse to reply I will refuse the package. Please send the correct return code and info and I will receive it and ship it back properly.

Once again, I paid for rush shipping guaranteed by your website in 1-2 days. I got one email from you in a week. I reported you to the FTC and my bank. I have kept a record of every interaction with your company."
They have sent it anyway, 7-days later according to tracking. I requested return code information today (Oct 17th) and told him I would refuse the package; which I will. I have sent numerous emails, left the same on the website contact form, and voicemails on the 'layman sounding' voicemail which sounds like a home machine voicemail l where no one answers after 5 + calls only says "We are probably busy filling orders". NOTE: The email is a 'gmail' account. NOT a professional email account.
