I booked this company & I was speaking with ANDREA for my daughters 3rd bday - I had booked n gave my deposit 11/22 & she asked for $300, (my party is in mid march 2024) i had to change venues in December due to the max people the venue allowed, so i changed it to fullerton & i asked andrea if i can pay her more to service out there so i dont need to find anyone else. & she said no, so i said ok can i get my deposit back (mind you this is months away) & no where on their website says NON REFUNDABLE at all, i never even got a contract.. so i asked her & she said not now we had a death in our family, (WHICH SOMEONE ON YELP ALSO SAID THE SAME THING WHEN THEY DIDNT WANT TO REFUND) - so i said ok when can you pay me, and she said can i do 3 payments starting jan21, i said ok - i reached out to her the 21st and she now said "we all have covid & my husband has diabetes" which i don't understand has anything to do with a simple 3 sec wire transfer back. i told her i need the money cus i even cancelled my daughters party because i cannot afford it. and she said I cant pay you now, so i am now assuming she is scamming me cus this is her second excuse and its the same excuses as the people that complained on yelp, this is $300 for a service i did not cancel, i wanted her service but she simply said no, and it is not like i canceled 2 weeks before this is months before. she stopped answering my texts also.
