I purchased a calming duck toy for my dog from this company on Instagram and received very very poor quality item. It was a tiny junk duck, so I emailed them for a return label and/or refund and have not received a response. It has been over 6 weeks and no response. There is no website or phone number. After I placed my order, I viewed their instagram more carefully and realized they are in China. No response from emails. I did file a dispute with my bank and they have given me provisional credit for now, but I don't want anyone else to get scammed like me.
